No. Repairs are a pure pass-through with no markup. We bid the work, confirm vendor insurance, and hold vendors to scope and price. Turns, renovations, and capital projects run through Alta Works are scoped and priced in writing and start only with your approval.

Your current agreement sets how much notice you need to give, and we help you find the notice and termination terms and coordinate the handoff.
