It starts before takeover. Our dedicated transitions team runs full due diligence so we arrive with a game plan. On takeover day the property moves onto our systems with no gap - then we run it: a 30-day Launch or a 90-day Turnaround.

We bring them onto Alta systems with no gap. Rent collection, work orders, and tenant communication continue uninterrupted through the transition - nothing falls through the cracks during the handoff.

We move on your program timeline - 30 days for Alta Launch, 90 for a Turnaround. The only thing that can change that: if you're already managed by someone else, your current agreement's notice or termination terms set how soon you can leave. We'll help you read it and coordinate a clean handoff.
